New cancellation guidelines:
Due to the current Covid-19 situation, you can change and postpone existing and new reservations for the 2023 season free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, provided that there are travel restrictions or legal measures that affect a trip to Tyrol. -
If all restrictions and measures associated with Covid-19 are lifted, our general cancellation conditions apply:
The accommodation contract can be terminated without paying a cancellation fee up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date of the guest.
- up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% of the total arrangement price;
- up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the total arrangement price;
- 90% of the total package price in the last week before the day of arrival - We apply general terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry.
- We recommend our travel cancellation insurance.
